You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To qualify for a full refund, products must be new and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please submit returns through our return portal here.

Orders returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:
We'll reach out as soon as your return has been received and inspected to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that processing times can vary, and it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

International Returns: All sales are final.

If your order included any promotional or free items, the retail value of those items will be deducted from your refund. This helps ensure fair compensation for the products being returned while accounting for the promotional value received.

Please note: Gifts for first-time customers are considered a complimentary gift with purchase. These promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We can't guarantee it, however we ask you to send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible to cancel, change, or edit your order/address. Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot modify the order.

A preorder lets you reserve an item before it's officially released or restocked, so you can lock in yours before it sells out. It's the easiest way to get first access to our most popular pieces and never miss out on the colors and products you love.

Do you offer replacement parts for my Dog Travel Water Bottle?
Yes, replacement bowls and straws are available here.

New customers receive a complimentary mystery gift with their first purchase of $70 or more (after discounts and taxes, before shipping).

To redeem, both of the following conditions must be met:

1. The Treat Dispenser (any color) must be added to your cart individually. If the Treat Dispenser is part of a bundle or set, the code will not apply.

However, a separate Treat Dispenser can be added individually to the cart for the code to work.

2. The cart total must be $70 or more. This minimum is calculated after any other promotions or discounts have already been applied.

Offer valid for first-time customers only. Gift cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order is returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

All Springland products include a 1-year warranty from the date purchased. It covers any defects in the materials or how the product(s) was made. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or changes to the product(s) aren't covered.

If you would like to make a claim, please email our customer support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a quick description (photos are always helpful!). If your case is approved, we'll send a replacement or provide store credit.

Please note: Warranty is only valid for one year from your original purchase date—not from the replacement.

Clean Regularly: Wash the bottle with warm water and mild dish soap after each use. If you choose to use the dishwasher, we recommend placing it on the top rack only.

Dry Thoroughly: After washing, make sure to dry the bottle completely before storing it. Trapped moisture can encourage mold growth over time.

Deep Cleaning: Soak the bowl in a diluted vinegar solution (1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water) or use a baking soda paste (mix baking soda with a small amount of water) to scrub the silicone parts. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly and drying.
