Can I change or cancel my order?
We can’t guarantee it, however we ask you to send an email to hello@springlandpets.com as soon as possible to cancel, change, or edit your order/address. Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot modify the order.

What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return.
Products must be new and unused for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return postage.
We are looking to make things right, please email hello@springlandpets.com to initiate a return.
If your order includes any promotional or free items, the retail value of these items will be deducted from your refund amount when processing returns. This ensures you receive fair compensation for the actual items being returned while accounting for any promotional value you've received.
Free collars offered to first-time customers are provided as a complimentary gift with purchase and are considered final sale. These promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned.

How do I clean my dogs Springer Dog Travel Water Bottle?
Clean Regularly: Wash the bottle with warm water and mild dish soap after each use. If you choose to use the dishwasher, we recommend placing it on the top rack only.
Dry Thoroughly: After washing, make sure to dry the bottle completely before storing it. Trapped moisture can encourage mold growth over time.
Deep Cleaning: Soak the bowl in a diluted vinegar solution (1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water) or use a baking soda paste (mix baking soda with a small amount of water) to scrub the silicone parts. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly and drying.
