Refund policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To qualify for a full refund, products must be new and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please submit returns through our return portal here.
Orders returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
You can submit exchanges through our return portal here.
Refunds:
We’ll reach out as soon as your return has been received and inspected to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that processing times can vary, and it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
International Returns: All sales are final.
If your order included any promotional or free items, the retail value of those items will be deducted from your refund. This helps ensure fair compensation for the products being returned while accounting for the promotional value received.
Please note: Gifts for first-time customers are considered a complimentary gift with purchase. These promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
