A cooling, hydrating bowl that naturally freshens your pup's breath. Great after a long play session.
What You'll Need
- 1½ cups water
- ½ cup plain unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh spearmint leaves, finely chopped (not pennyroyal)
- 1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ cup cucumber, peeled and finely diced
How to Make It
- Mix the base: Whisk the yogurt and water together until smooth and pourable.
- Add the freshness: Stir in the chopped mint and parsley. Drop the cucumber pieces into the mold.
- Fill the mold: Pour the yogurt mixture over the cucumber to fill the mold.
- Freeze: Place on a flat surface and freeze overnight (at least 8 hours).
- Serve: Run under warm water for 10–15 seconds, flex to release, and serve.
⚠️ Important: Only use spearmint or peppermint — never pennyroyal mint, which is toxic to dogs. Both parsley and spearmint are natural breath fresheners safe for dogs in small amounts.
