All Springland products include a 1-year warranty from the date purchased. It covers any defects in the materials or how the product(s) was made. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or changes to the product(s) aren’t covered. If you would like to make a claim, please email our customer support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a quick description (photos are always helpful!). If your case is approved, we’ll send a replacement or provide store credit. Please note: Warranty is only valid for one year from your original purchase date—not from the replacement.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To qualify for a full refund, products must be new and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.

Our medium and large collars can hold up to 8 charms, while small collars comfortably fit 5-6 charms. This ensures your pup's collar stays stylish without feeling too heavy or bulky!
No, charms are not pre-attached to give you the freedom to mix and match! The charms stretch and slide over the collar or leash buckle/hardware, so you can play around with placement and create a look that's unique. Swap them out anytime to keep things fresh!
