A vibrant, deep-red bowl packed with antioxidants that's great for your pup's immune system.
What You'll Need
- 1½ cups water
- 2 tbsp cooked plain beet, finely diced (no salt or seasoning)
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
How to Make It
- Prep the beet: Boil or roast a plain beet with no added salt or oil. Let it cool completely and dice into small pieces.
- Fill the mold: Add the beet, blueberries, and strawberries to the mold. Pour in the water to fill.
- Freeze: Place on a flat surface and freeze overnight (at least 8 hours).
- Serve: Run under warm water for 10–15 seconds, flex to release, and serve. The beet gives it a gorgeous dark red color!
⚠️ Important: Use beets cooked plain with no added salt, butter, or seasoning. Offer in moderation — beets are high in sugar and oxalic acid. Don't be alarmed if your pup's urine appears slightly pink afterward — this is normal!
