- 2 tbsp xylitol-free peanut butter
- ¼ banana, mashed
How to Make It
- Blend the base: Whisk together the pumpkin, peanut butter, mashed banana, and water until smooth and pourable.
- Fill the mold: Pour the mixture evenly into the mold.
- Freeze: Place on a flat surface and freeze overnight (at least 8 hours).
- Serve: Run under warm water for 10–15 seconds, flex to release, and serve.
