All Springland products include a 1-year warranty from the date purchased. It covers any defects in the materials or how the product(s) was made. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or changes to the product(s) aren’t covered. If you would like to make a claim, please email our customer support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a quick description (photos are always helpful!). If your case is approved, we’ll send a replacement or provide store credit. Please note: Warranty is only valid for one year from your original purchase date—not from the replacement.

Do collars and leashes come with charms attached?

Charms are packaged separately so you can mix and match. Just stretch them over any buckle or hardware on your collar and/or leash, then slide them wherever you want. Super easy!
