Care
To clean neoprene, hand wash with a mild detergent in a bowl of cold water. For PolyFlex (leash material), wipe with a washcloth with gentle soap. Lay flat to dry.

Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To qualify for a full refund, products must be new and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
